Our client, an international key player in the luxury sector with a longstanding presence in Russia, is looking for the Product Training Manager for the one of its make up cosmetic brand.

 

Location: Moscow.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Principal duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

• Organize and conduct Product & Sales trainings (in Moscow and Russian regions)

• Compose training programs

• Arrangements and control of accommodation, transportation and board of training participants;

• Regular appraisal of professional knowledge and skills of consultants;

• Control of trainings results, reporting;

• Maintenance of contacts with Training Centre for the Brand in Paris, receive and translation from English into Russian all the information on Products;

• Participate in special projects aimed to develop and increase qualification of Consultants.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Professional competences:

 

• Fluent English as a must

• Professional experience as Make Up Artist as a must

• Excellent communication, organization, presentation and motivation skills

• Client communication skills

• User of computer programs: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 

Personal competences:

 

• Energetic,

• Self-determinated,

• Ambitious for personal and professional perfection
